Our reformer Pilates classes are led by experienced physiotherapists, ensuring that you receive the highest level of care and guidance. Give us an hour of your time, and we’ll give you an incredible workout.

Injury Rehabilitation & Management

If you're struggling with pain or recovering from an injury, we can help you restore your mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further injuries. We use a combination of hands-on treatments, exercises, and Pilates to create a personalized rehabilitation plan that will get you back to your best.
