Our Classes

Level 1

Slow pace &  Injury safe - A slightly slower paced, beginner class! Perfect if you are super new to Pilates or exercise. Perfect if you are recovering from injury. Perfect for pre/post natal clients.

Level 1 & 2

Our signature class. - We focus on the fundamentals and your form. Working through all the basic movements with a little spice. This is an open level class where we offer layers/levels of options in terms of difficulty to suit most fitness levels.

Level 2

An intermediate level class - with a dynamic edge. This full body strength class keeps the intensity high as it takes you through a flow of challenging movement patterns using a more advanced repertoire. Suitable intermediate clients.
