We offer a range of class levels designed to meet you wherever you are on your Pilates journey.

Experienced physiotherapists lead each class, providing modifications and options to suit your individual needs and level of experience.

Level 1 is a great place to start if you're new to Pilates or looking for a gentle introduction to movement, while Open Level and Intermediate classes offer a bit more challenge as you build strength and confidence.

If you’re dealing with significant pain, an injury, or if you're pregnant, we recommend booking a private session first to ensure we tailor your experience to your unique needs.

A slightly slower paced, beginner class! Perfect if you are super new to Pilates or exercise. Perfect if you are recovering from injury. Perfect for pre/post natal clients

Slow pace &  Injury safe

Our signature class. We focus on the fundamentals and your form. Working through all the basic movements with a little spice. This is an open level class where we offer layers/levels of options in terms of difficulty to suit most fitness levels..

An intermediate level class

With a dynamic edge. This full body strength class keeps the intensity high as it takes you through a flow of challenging movement patterns using a more advanced repertoire. Suitable intermediate clients.
