Level 1 is the ideal starting point for those who are new to Pilates or looking for a gentle introduction to movement. This class focuses on foundational movements and techniques, helping you build a strong, stable base as you begin your Pilates journey.
Level 1 & 2, offer a versatile experience that provides options for a wide range of abilities. Whether you're just beginning or ready for a bit more challenge, the Open Level class provides modifications and variations that make it accessible for beginners, yet still engaging for those with more experience.
Level 2 classes are designed for those who are ready to push their limits and take their practice to the next level. These classes offer more intensity and complexity, helping you continue to build strength, endurance, and flexibility as you refine your technique.
Private Sessions: For clients who are dealing with significant pain, injuries, or who are pregnant, we recommend starting with a private session. This allows us to customize your experience and ensure that your workout is completely aligned with your individual needs. Our physiotherapists will work with you to provide a safe and effective approach that supports your recovery, while still offering the benefits of Pilates.
